Our Team & Technologies

At the core of our organisation is a small yet dynamic Tech team that is on the brink of expansion. We seek individuals to join our core Tech team and become leaders in shaping our product's direction and technological advancements.

We operate using the Shape-Up method, focusing on 4-6 week cycles to build impactful features that redefine how the working world collaborates.

Our main focus is our online platform — a SaaS-enabled Marketplace that changes how the working world collaborates.

We integrate tools like Stripe for seamless automatic payouts, and leverage the latest technologies, including, but not limited to: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Vue3, Nuxt , Typescript, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, Playwright, and Vitest.

About the role

As a Full-stack Developer, you'll drive the development lifecycle of our web applications. You will collaborate effectively with the team, troubleshoot complex issues, and bring a broader project vision to life.

About you

For our next Full-stack Developer, we ask the following:

• Available from April 2024 for at least 32 hours per week.
• 6+ years of Full-stack Development experience.
• Proficiency in Laravel, MySQL, Vue3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Some DevOps experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Statamic is a plus.
• An eye for design and experience with design systems are a plus.
• You are truly passionate about coding and engineering and are excited to share your expertise.
• Experience in scaling projects and elevating engineering practices.
• You are a strong decision-maker who takes ownership of projects and can guide and mentor team members.
• Based in the Netherlands with the ability to commute to our office in Schiphol-Rijk.
